Preventing Office Fatigue
One effective way to prevent office fatigue is to have breathing exercises once you feel so stressed or overworked. Whenever you are stressed, you tend to hold your breath without even realising it. When this happens, you become more stressed. To prevent this, be conscious of your breathing whenever you are in an unpleasant situation. Practice breathing normally – inhale and exhale. By doing this, you will be able to protect your body from succumbing to office fatigue.
